🔁 How Does Exchange Work?

When you visit our store:

1. Our team inspects the product condition and verifies the purity.

2. Original Invoice and product seal (engraved by us) must be intact.

3. We check BIS hallmark, weight, and current market gold rate.

4. Based on this, we offer:

   • ✅ Exchange against any new gold/diamond item

   • ✅ Cash for eligible handmade gold jewellery

 

 

💰 Do You Offer Cash Buyback?

Yes — unlike many brands, we do.
But to protect value and fairness, we apply these simple rules:

🧮 Example Calculation:

• Your original purchase:
  1gm gold @ ₹6,000 (₹5,000 gold + ₹1,000 labour)

• After 1 year, gold rate = ₹7,000

• You receive: ₹7,000 for gold portion (labour is not refunded)

Exchange Value = Gold Rate × Weight × Purity
(91.6% for 22K, 83.3% for 20K, etc.)

• 💯 We follow daily MCX-linked market rates and display live prices at our store and online.

• 🔐 All calculations exclude labour/making and GST as per standard practices.

• Only products purchased from Shree Pitra Kripa Jewellers are eligible.

• Tampered, used, or externally sourced jewellery is not eligible for return or cash.

• No returns/exchange allowed for customized, engraved, or fancy-design items.

• All transactions require:

  • Valid photo ID

  • Original Invoice

  • Product with untouched seal and BIS tag
