🔐 Returns, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Shree Pitra Kripa Jewellers, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. Every product is crafted with care and backed by our 3-day return, refund, and replacement policy, subject to the conditions below.

 

📦 Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return if:

  • The request is made within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • The item is in unused, original condition

  • The product is returned with:

    • Original invoice

    • Price tag intact

    • BIS certificate (if provided)

    • Our embedded seal untouched

  • A proper unboxing video with visible Order ID and QR sticker is submitted

 

⚡ Quick Return Notes (Please Read Carefully Before Ordering)

  • ✅ Returns are only accepted if:

    • There is physical damage from our side

    • You receive a wrong or defective item

    • A manufacturing fault is verified

  • ❌ Returns are not accepted if:

    • You changed your mind

    • You ordered by mistake

    • You didn't like the design/style after receiving

    • The product appears used, worn temporarily, or returned after personal or event usage

    • The product is in good condition as delivered

We follow this policy strictly to ensure fairness and quality control.

⚠️We reserve the right to deny returns if the above conditions are not met or misuse is suspected

⚠️ Return/refund requests made after 3 days from delivery will not be entertained.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Customized jewellery (e.g., engraved, specially sized, or made-to-order)

  • Gold coins

  • Purchases made using coupon codes or promotional offers

  • International orders (outside India)

 

🔒 Security Conditions for Return

We take your safety seriously and follow a strict security protocol:

  • All products are shipped with a tamper-proof QR code sticker

  • Each package includes a visible Order ID

  • A clear unboxing video is required, showing:

    • Unedited clip of box opening

    • Sticker intact and Order ID visible

    • Product being revealed completely

To process your return, you must also:

  • Record a video of scratch process on the security QR sticker

  • During return pickup, share a handover video showing product + repacking + pickup

❗ Any product received with scratched or missing QR code, damaged seals, or no video proof will not be eligible for return/refund.
 

Deliberate tampering will result in rejection of claim and may attract legal action under Indian fraud and damage laws.

🛠️ Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped

  • If cancelled before processing begins, a 100% refund is issued

  • If cancelled after production starts, labour/making charges may be deducted

If we are unable to fulfill an order from our side, a full refund is guaranteed.

 

💸 Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item:

  • It undergoes quality and seal inspection

  • We notify you via email regarding approval or rejection

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days

  • Making/labour charges may be deducted where applicable

Note: If the returned product is damaged, tampered, or misused, refund will be denied.

 

🔁 Replacement Policy

In case of:

  • Damage-in-transit (with unboxing proof)

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item received

You may request a free replacement within 3 days. Same verification and unboxing video applies.

  • Then contact your card company or bank — processing times vary

  • We engrave our official seal + BIS hallmark under most jewellery (as per Indian law)

  • Any product returned with a tampered or removed seal will be automatically disqualified from refund/exchange

  • False claims or fraudulent returns will be reported under relevant consumer fraud and property damage laws

  • We fully cooperate with legal authorities and reserve the right to pursue action against repeat return fraud or suspicious activity under Indian cyber and commercial laws.
