Price Calculation Formula

Final Price = (Gold Rate × Final Gold Weight × Purity %) + Making Charges + GST (3%) + [Stone/Diamond/Kundan Price if applicable]

• Purity %:

  • 22K = 91.6%

  • 20K = 83.3%

  • 18K = 75.0%

 

⚖️ Weight Adjustment Example

• Your Chosen Weight: 6.000 grams

• Actual Weight After Making:

  • 5.990g: You paid for 6.000g, so the price of 0.010g gold is refunded or adjusted in your final bill.

  • 6.010g: Final bill will include an extra 0.010g gold charge (at current rate).

• This is because tiny weight variations can occur during making. We always adjust the bill for fairness!

 

💎 Kundan, Diamonds, & A.D. (American Diamond) Jewellery

• Dummy Kundan & A.D.:

  • No reduction in gold weight! Instead, you get extra coupons or price discounts (applied at checkout)—so you pay less.

• Real Kundan/Diamonds:

  • Stone price is added separately to gold price.

  • Gold weight may be reduced for setting, and this reduction is reflected in your bill.

  • You see every price detail up front.

  • All real diamonds are GIA/IGI certified.

 

🧾 On-Order vs. Ready-to-Ship Products

• On-Order Jewellery:

  • Pay 70% advance based on your chosen gold weight and purity.

  • Note: This initial payment does NOT include labour (making charges), GST, or stone price.

  • After the product is made, final gold weight, labour, GST, and any stone charges are calculated and billed. You pay the balance before shipping.

• Ready-to-Ship Jewellery:

  • Full 100% payment at checkout, all costs included.

💰 Worked Example (All Steps!)

Suppose you order a gold ring, 6g (22K), no stones:

1. Gold Rate (example): ₹6,000/g

2. Weight Chosen: 6.000g

3. Purity: 91.6%

4. Making Charges: ₹300/g × 6g = ₹1,800

5. GST: 3% on total

Step-by-step:

• Gold Value: ₹6,000 × 6 × 0.916 = ₹32,976

• Add Making Charges: ₹32,976 + ₹1,800 = ₹34,776

• Add GST: ₹34,776 × 0.03 = ₹1,043

• Final Price: ₹34,776 + ₹1,043 = ₹35,819

If final made weight is 5.990g:

• Gold Value recalculated (₹6,000 × 5.990 × 0.916 = ₹32,922), you get ₹54 back (difference in gold).

If 6.010g:

• Pay extra for 0.010g (charged at same rate, with GST/labour adjusted).

If you add a real diamond:

• Diamond price is calculated by carat/weight and added to the above after product is ready.

• If you add “dummy” kundan or A.D. stones: no gold weight reduction, you get extra coupons or discount!
